"If you’re looking for an agent who is personable and fights for you, Lee is not your agent. I’ve had two separate claims through this agent over the past 6 years and the first time I thought it was a fluke, the second time it solidified this fact. I needed a restoration company to come in and do some work, Lee recommended the company we went with. They did demonstrably bad work and didn’t complete the job, it was so bad that I needed to pursue a refund from them. I told Lee about the situation and he basically scoffed at my request, said that it would never happen, said he would still talk to them to see what he could do and call me back. He never called me back and from my knowledge never even called them. (We worked directly with the restoration company and they took full accountability and paid for another company to come in and complete the work. If we didn’t do all the work ourselves and left Lee to it, we would have been left with an incomplete job and bad work). He is not a man for the people, and he seems to always give off the energy that you’re wasting his time. There’s a lot of agents so if you’re someone looking for one who cares about you and your case, I would recommend going elsewhere."

The Drive Safe and Save is so ridiculous that since they had to do a big update my 7 plus phone will not allow it !!! So their answer to this is to buy a New updated phone 📞 or stop the service ( that’s correct) no other app . Has done this yet !
Why they don’t leave things alone ?????
So frustrated I looked at so many options I never liked the plans I bought my phone out . Guess what I had to get a plan now with Att and pay way more monthly and the phones they give you
are not free it’s in your monthly statement . Better yet I find out after going threw all the frustration they say I can not change my phone 📞 ### of 20 years so disgusted !! So where I saved money with them it just went to the phone company !!!! People need to know this before they join with them !! KEEP IN MIND ARE YOU GONNA SAVE AND HOW MUCH AND THE FRUSTRATION Changind everything is so ridiculous!!!!!!!"

"This State Farm Agent sent us a price quote without our permission. I was shocked that they had our information, including the makes and models of our automobiles. We never reached out to any insurance company for a price quote, nor did we authorize anyone on our behalf. How this insurance company acquired our information and for them to solicit by text and phone multiple times to my wife and I was a surprise. Just a warning to anyone who gets the same solicitation, be aware you are not the only person this insurance company is doing this to. (I have no doubt they will post a response and defense that sounds logical but I have an I.Q. higher than room temperature and applied common sense dictates an insurance agent should not be doing this without authorization first.)"
